URGENT REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mrs. Sita Acoheea.

I have been suffering from serious spinal problems for almost three months. According to my MRI, I have disc lesions at L4-L5 and L5-S1, including annular tears, foraminal narrowing, and spinal canal stenosis. The report also mentions a Grade I anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 with a pars interarticularis defect.

Approximately one month ago, I underwent an epidural injection in an attempt to relieve my pain. Unfortunately, the treatment did not provide the expected relief.

Due to my medical condition, I have been admitted three times to Apollo Bramwell Hospital. I now urgently need to undergo surgery, which, given my current condition, needs to be carried out within the next two weeks.

Unfortunately, my medical insurance no longer covers the necessary costs of my surgery. The estimated cost of the procedure is approximately MUR 577,000 to MUR 600,000.

I am currently facing an extremely difficult situation. With only two weeks remaining, I unfortunately do not have the means to raise this amount on my own.

I am therefore humbly asking for your financial help and support. Every donation, regardless of the amount, would bring me one step closer to reaching the amount required to undergo the treatment I urgently need.
