Rough Estimation:

• Entrance (including accompanying adults) Rs14,250
• Transport for the day itinerary Rs10,000
• Meals and drinks for the whole day event Rs30,000
• Christmas gift and educational materials for this event  Rs18,000

If we exceed the expected amount thanks to you/sponsors, we can offer gifts, special Christmas food packs, and school supplies to more children, and for our youth and children mentoring project because it remains a long-term commitment. If we receive less, we may need to reduce the number of children, gifts, or activities, depending on the donations collected.

The exact number of children and the exact date will depend on the total amount raised on time.
