Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

Today we reach out with heavy hearts but also with hope. Our dear friend Neetish Choukoury is bravely fighting Generalised Dystonia, a rare and debilitating neurological condition that causes painful and uncontrollable muscle contractions throughout the body.

What most of us take for granted—walking, sitting comfortably, eating, or even resting—has become an immense struggle for Neetish. The condition has slowly taken away his ability to live a normal life, bringing daily pain, exhaustion, and emotional hardship.

Despite this suffering, he continues to remain strong and hopeful, holding onto faith that one day life can improve.

After consultations with medical specialists, there is a real chance for improvement through specialised treatment in India. This treatment could significantly reduce the symptoms and give Neetish the opportunity to regain dignity, independence, and a life with less pain.

However, the cost of this treatment—including medical procedures, hospital care, travel, and rehabilitation—comes to €75,000, an amount that is simply impossible for the family to manage alone.

This is why we are humbly asking for your help.

Every donation—no matter how small—brings us one step closer to giving Neetish a chance to live again without constant pain. Your kindness can help change the course of a life that has been overshadowed by this cruel condition.

If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this appeal with others. Sometimes the smallest act of kindness can reach the right person at the right time.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your compassion, generosity, and prayers.

Together, we can give Neetish hope. Together, we can give them a future.

With deepest gratitude,

Friends of Neetish
